| S+A ARCHITECTURE Inc. offers a full range of architectural services for both commercial and residential projects. Most recently we have completed a number of medical office buildings and are now working on adaptive reuse projects. | ||
| Our
services fall under two categories; standard full architectural
services and value added services. Our client base is made up of
both expected customary clients and now other architecture firms
wishing to access our technology. Many of the value added services we now perform as part of our standard practice at no additional charge to our clients. This is important to point out because the majority of architecture firms do not yet have the ability to offer many of these services. |

The standard services that we offer are not unlike those you would find listed at any other architecture firm. There are differences in the manner our services are delivered. These general services, which could also be said to describe the 6 phases of a project, include: Programing Schematic Design Design Development Construction Documents Bidding Construction Administration Each of these phases of the project can be further broken down into a series of smaller tasks, but what is most important to understand is that we now deliver each of these phases of our work in a remarkably new way. Value added services are now either included in these phases or offered as options. Additionally, our use of cutting edge technology allows us to reduce errors and omisions that often lead to costly change orders. Here is one example; we are now using e-specs. e-specs provides a direct link between our drawings and our specifications to ensure that they remain insync. This dramatically reduces the chance of drawings calling for one item and specifications calling for another. |
The value added services we
now offer are not likely to be available at other
architecture firms in their entirety. It is through the use of recent
advances in computer programming and software that we are able to make
the following menu of services available to our clients, most at no
